ADVICE WORK
OCCAC has been providing bilingual general advice to the local Chinese community since April 1992.
Advice categories include: Consumer and General Contract, Crime, Education, Employment, Health, Housing, Mental Health, Welfare Benefits.
Due to lack of funding, OCCAC is currently only able to provide health and mental health advice. It will, however, assist the vulnerable older members and those with language difficulties to access benefits and services and signpost them to relevant providers, as resources permit.
